1. Membership Access
Upon successful payment, members receive access to live classes and the community features included in their chosen plan.
Membership access is personal and may not be shared with others.
2. Payments
Membership fees are available as:
Monthly recurring payments
Annual recurring payments
By joining, you authorise automatic recurring billing according to your selected plan.
3. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
For monthly memberships, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
For annual memberships, cancellation will apply to the next renewal date. Access remains active until the end of the paid annual period.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to materials, payments are generally non-refundable.
However, a member may request a refund under the following conditions:
The member has actively participated for at least two consecutive months.
The member has attended live classes consistently or watched all of the recorded classes.
The member has completed the assigned exercises and quizzes.
The member can demonstrate no measurable progress despite active participation.
Each request will be reviewed individually. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the teacher.
5. Promotional Media
From time to time, photos may be taken during in-person events or optional online community activities for promotional purposes (such as website or social media content).
By joining the membership, you agree that such images may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly notify us in writing that you do not wish to appear in any promotional materials.
We fully respect your preferences and will honour any written request to opt out.
6. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully towards the teacher and other students. Disruptive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the membership without refund.
7. Changes to Schedule or Services
Class times, teachers (if applicable), or content structure may occasionally be adjusted. Members will be notified in advance whenever reasonably possible.
